Q: Does an investigation cost and how do I go about having one done in my own home?
A: NO! An investigation is COMPLETELY FREE! We do not charge for any investigations, at any time! The way it works: We get
emails and calls from clients. MOST of our investigations are done at private residences, and the information you share with us, is and remains
CONFIDENTIAL! We will ask your permission to post evidence online (if captured), but your personal information, such as Name, Address,
etc.. will NOT be mentioned.

if you feel more comfortable emailing, you can email us @: epi@elginparanormalinvestigators.com. From there, we will discuss the
activity you are experiencing, and go about setting up a date for an interview. The investigation date is usually set at the interview.
Q: Will I be able to be at the investigation?
A: Yes, you can be present at the investigation. Alot of the time the homeowner(s) are present for the entire investigation. We will ask
the client if they would like to ask any questions of their own during an EVP session. It is entirely up to you, though, depending on
the severity of your case, we may have you sit at base with one of our investigators during our investigation.
Q: Will there be a medium brought on the investigation?
A: Typically, no. We don't usually work with medium(s). We do have a medium we have been testing in the field, but we will
not bring in a medium unless it is requested by the client, or we feel that it is necessary.
Q: What type of team is Elgin Paranormal Investigators?
A: Elgin Paranormal Investigators, are a Scientific team. Though all of us do have our own beliefs in the paranormal field, we let the physical
evidence captured by our audio and video devices speak for itself. We will tell you our own personal experiences we had during the investigation,
but we cannot use that as evidence.
Q: After my investigation, will whatever is haunting my home be gone? Can you get rid of it?
A: This is a ? that we get all the time! We always tell clients, right away, that we do not claim to get rid of entities present in your
home or business. What we do, is come in to document that you have legit paranormal activity (its not a lose pipe in your basement, or faulty
wireing causing these "happenings") Then we go from there. Most of the time activity can be contained by teaching the client how to
"take back their home" This doesn't guarantee that whatever is there will leave, but empowering yourself in your own home is definitely
a great start.
Q: How long do investigations usually run?
A: Depending on the activity in your home, it could last for 5 to 8 hours. Keep in mind that this is brought up to the client immediately upon contact.
Just because activity in your home or business may be frequent, does not mean that it will be the night of our investigation. This has
happened alot in the past. If we cannot capture anything definitive on your investigation, this does not mean that we don't believe you,
this just means that whatever is there is not interested, able to respond, or is possibly just residual energy. We do like to keep in contact
with our clients, so please let us know if the activity in your home has increased/decreased, or if you feel that activity has changedn in any way.
Q: How far does E.P.I travel? What are the areas you cover?
A: As of right now, due to financial means we don't generally travel out of Illinois. We do cover some areas of Wisconsin.
