*There was a murder/suicide that took place in the apartment on the 3rd floor where shadows were claimed to have been seen
(also where we caught the video footage below of the questionable shadow figure) in the 1970's. There was also information on
a murder/overdose of a past tenant on the 5th floor in 1991.

There have been other buildings/homes on the property the apartment complex sits on now. It was a packaging company in the
early 1900's and a servants quarters to a nearby home in the 1890's
